Horrible Management and Too Expensive! From: GOLFER101 Date posted: 3/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived at 101 West End for a year now and I have had nothing good to say about it. The management team seems young and they are all somewhat illiterate, I do not know what the qualifications to work here are but they MUST be very low. We apparently have doormen but ask me when they have actually helped me with anything, including opening the door, and I could not tell you. The management office claims that they can raise the rent to market value which is 8%-30% in their eyes. People move out daily which obviously explains that. All in all, nice building, nice apartment space, but plan to move in a year and feel the same way I do.
