Nothing But Happy From: jeneration_x Date posted: 3/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I was actually pretty shocked to see all of the negative comments on here because I really like it. I do not hear the construction noise unless my windows are open, and well it's winter, and NYC, there's almost always construction/traffic/outside noise, I'm used to it and have only been in the city less than a year. I've had a pleasant time dealing with the office staff, and although it seems there are a few new staff members, I disagree with the earlier comments that they are young, or unqualified. Likewise, the doormen are always pleasant to me as are the maintenance crew when I've had to have them service something in my apartment. I've lived in quite a few places across the country, and I have to say that I've had nothing but luck since moving to the Park Hudson (now Archstone) last spring.
