Mostly Good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here for about three months now and do enjoy the building. It is a very nice building with a wonderful park across the street. The doorman are very friendly and professional, although sometimes they do not catch every guest upon entry. The maintance people are great and have always fixed my requests within a couple of hours. However, when I first looked at the building the "billard room" was under construction so I was not able to see it. Now that the room has been redone, I am not impressed. I was sad to find out that the terrace is more like a ledge with an awful view and is on the 4th floor. Construction is bad, there are currently two buildings going up, both blocking wonderful water views. Another bad thing is that there are "projects" around the corner. I was of course not told about this, which I should have investigated on my own before signing the lease. I do have to say, the good does outway the bad. I enjoy living in the building However, I will most likely not renew my lease. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
