Positives: Wonderful/helpful doormen (David, William)and other notable mentions include Jose and Leornardo. Fast, effective maintenance under the supervision of Garbriel who is always available and extremely capable. The porter, janitorial service is first-class and the entire building is always clean. The gym is also always clean and often empty. The Valet people on the 2nd floor are very professional and wonderful people. Laundry, dry-cleaning service is fast, done well, and competitively priced. I love the in-house video rental outside the laundry facility.

Negatives: the Laundry room is very crowded and the 1/2 the machines are always down. Laundry prices are outrageous. The new owners have raised rent 8-30% for 12 month lease. Keep in mind a small studio at this building cost $2000 per month! Watch out for the leasing staff (marsha), she's flaky and quite a snob. I know for a fact many tenants have or will move out in the upcoming 1-2 months. It's very noisy living across a community college. I hear kids laughing and partying at all hours. In addition to noises heard from a very busy business street, I have to put up with a neighbor who isn't shy about turning up the bass on his stereos at all hours to Dance/trance music.Oh yeah, the elevators have been acting up (shaking, stopping b/w floors) for about 1 year now and still not fixed and this building has 34 floors!!
