Duplicitous management, noisy

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Constant work on building- drilling outside, working on elevators inside; basically unlivable between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. Management is wholly unwilling to consider rent abatements, despite not warning prospective lessees of the work that was about to being (I specifically asked if there was any work planned when we were about to move in and was assured that no big projects would happen in the next year- 2 months later, the banging began).
Management tells you one thing and then does another. A really annoying living experience. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
