Did not rent, but great building.

My job took me out of NYC right as I was fto move into the Gershwin, and I had to cancel my lease. I was looking forward to living here, and my friends have lived here for a long time and love it. I was very impressed with the style of the building, the staff were all very helpful, and I felt the rents were a good deal.

Worth a Look!!!!!
