I have been living at this building for several months and have been REALLY frustrated by management's lack of response to ongoing problems in the building, one of which is tvs in the gym that have not worked for weeks if not months. Management has failed to address this promptly and completely disregards the inquiries of residents who are PAYING more than $90/month for this gym!!!!
It is also concerning that the building allows, apparently with a blind eye, large groups of people to reside in apartments, well beyond what is legally permitted in the leases.
