Poor management and high rate... not worth it.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
In spite of the pricy rent, only thing I like about this apartment is the convenience. I cannot find anything else to be proud of as a resident.
The management is very resident-unfriendly. Even when you know that the service men are there, you have to request the service THROUGH COMPUTER!! and you will never get any response in a few days.
Another terrible thing is that there are occasional terrible noises from the heating facilities of the building, which they can never fix. You will never notice this before moving in, and if that happens, you can never sleep at night...(this usually happens around 2-5 in the morning...
I cannot wait to move out when my one-year lease to expire. I would not recommend anyone to live in this apartment.
