I must sound like a plant, but I''m a regular tenant.I have lived in the Bamford for almost a year.
I find the place to be just right for a Manhattan rental.
The location is ideal for getting anywhere (except the West Side of course).
There is an indoor rooftop pool, a fitness center,a rooftop sundeck, private gardens etc.
Parking is in the building as is a valet.
Whenever I have a problem or maintenance, they are there immediately.
I really couldn't ask for a better location or building.
