Capitol at Chelsea

Horrible! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Luxury' Far from. Maybe just the price. Wait in line for an elevator every morning and every night (they seem to think it is more important to take an elevator out of service every morning for trash removal than for residents to get to work). Homeless people, drug dealers and kids drinking in the beautiful (not) courtyard. This building has long since passed its heyday. The manager is a nasty old bag who shouldn t be running a slum. There is a very adversarial tone between management and tenants. The inside is run down and when re-modeled everything was down-graded wallpaper, carpet, etc. They even promised marble in the hallways, but apparently don t know the difference between marble and cheap ceramic tile. For the price, you can do much much better in the neighborhood. Stay away at all costs!
