I've been here for a year now and I love this apartment. It's a bit pricey compared to average rents, but as full service luxury buildings go, I think it's a bit of a bargain, probably due to its location close to east harlem.
Staff is very very nice, there's a garden at the back to hang around in the summer, there's a great gym and it's only 5 minutes to the subway. I'll be leaving the place soon to save rent and it just breaks my heart!
