we started living here temporarily while our townhouse is being rennovated. we've been here for 2 years! we checked a lot of similar looking super tall high rises in the DMZ (just below 96th Street). We took a chance on this one. the management is accomodating.
we made the right decision. sweeping views (EAST), wonderful small time friendliness among tenents, maybe because it is a real children and dog building. gorgeous private garden and the club is underutilized with amzing classes. the pool is NOT subterranean, it has a 50 foot glass wall on the garden. the lobby is like a beautiful modern hotel. in house dry-cleaner. can't say enough positive. NOT cheap though!
FORGET PARKING EASILY. THIS IS MANHATTAN. BUT THERE IS A GARAGE FOR OVER $300 PER MONTH.
