This is one of the nicest buildings in Chelsea. Great apartments and amenities. The building includes a game room, roof deck, valet, and resident lounge. The neighborhood has every convinience, including a Whole Foods and Garden of Eden within walking distance. If there is one negative, certain front desk staff can be very belligerent, particularly Albert.
