I've been living her for over a year and management is very professional and helpful. When you call for maintenance, the response is often immediate. The concierge is always friendly and knows you by name (eventhough there are so many tenants) and even your frequent visitors. There's an indoor pool and rooftop access with lawn chairs for sunning. The gym is okay, the equipment can be updated but so far no new equipment except for a flat screen tv. Coffee, tea & ice water is always available at the gym. Considering all the apartments I've lived in New York City, this one is the least noisiest, but inevitably this is New York and 3rd Avenue is where we face we do hear fire trucks and sometimes even loud talkers outside from the window. The noise level within the building is minimal except that I have a neighbor with two kids that scream at all hours. If they didn't scream there is minimal complaint about noise apartment to apartment wise. There's laundry facility in the subcellar level that has a lot of commercial washers and dryers. Overall, I do recommend it.
