Great Building and Staff! It's well worth what you pay for! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   The building staff and maintenance is friendly, dependable, and responsive 24/7. Facilities are kept in good working condition. Great insulation, I lived there for 2 years and never heard my neighbors from inside my apartment. Excellent security, you will feel safe if you are a female and live alone. Beautiful decor both interior (lobby) and exterior (sun decks), it is always kept looking its best. It is worth what you pay...luxury living at its best in NYC.
