Not worth the price- watch out for the rent increases

I have just renewed my lease because I did not want to incur moving expenses, but you should know that my rent was increased over 15% this year. They believe they can legally do this because of their offering of a rent concession below the legal rent. It is still way too pricey. It feels like they just want to get people in, and then they really become less accomodating. It is a nice building with nice doorman and staff, but this is getting way too pricey, even for Chelsea. Additionally, the free fitness center on the 2nd year renewal goes to $300 per year per person. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
