We've only been in Chelsea Centro one month and we love it. The building is brilliantly managed; the staff are very well organized, the doormen are very friendly and welcoming, the building is spotless, the recycling rooms are large and very clean, the gym is more than adequate, the kitchens are a decent size for NY standards and the laundry is new and well maintained. Overall, we're very happy living here and love the location. In addition, the online parcel and maintenance system is brilliant. You get notified via email and/or homepage when a parcel has been received. The building seems to be occupied by a reasonably young, but well-dressed crowd.
I have recently viewed a lot of apartments here and on the Upper West Side and if this building is something to go by, I would definitely check out other Roserose apartments. Plus, go through the in-house Leasing Agent rather than a broker and save on broker fees.
