Nice building; beware of management company

The bldg itself is nice, and 200 W 26th's staff is friendly and helpful. Rockrose, the building owner, is very tough, though. Lease renewals come with really high increases. In the current market, where many big landlords are offering discounts to existing tenants, Rockrose refuses to offer any concessions/latitude. They are pigs, and I hope Rockrose gets slaughtered.
