I don't agree with you at all. The doormen stand around pushing the door. I fyou need help with bundles, they only assist if you tip them. the folks at the front desk, don't even look up when you pass by, even if you say hello to them. The apartment' floors are in dire need of sanding, staining and refinishing. The toilets are old and stained and no matter how much you clean them, they're still disgusting. The cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms is fiberboard which is completely chipped and stained. And when you ask about upgrading, the response you get is "we don't do that". There are better apartments with better amenities throughout the city!
