Ok building but getting very old. Concierge staff is fantastic and always very helpful. Super is lazy as is his entire staff responsible for repairs. Usually takes 4-6 weeks for problems/repairs to be addressed in apartments. Also, building starts projects and does not finish (e.g., tearing up doors for new door knobs, but not covering up holes or painting them afterwards.).
Also, rent increases are very steep, especially in this economy. Average price of a one bedroom is $3800-$4400 per month. You can definitley get a brand new apratment rental in the same space for much cheaper...especially in this economy. Management Company also keeps all the interest from your security deposit.
As much as the area is great, will not be renewing lease here.
