I made a big mistake to live here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I hate living here, and not recommend it at all. If you're looking to move in, move along. I wish I had. The management feels as if the tenants are a nusiance, and can't understand why we think we are paying luxury prices for tenament living. It's unbelievable that they would actually counter sue their customers when they bring a legitimate complaint to them. Metro Loft Management is well known in the NY City housing courts now. Do yourself a favor, and skip "The Crest" at 63 Wall St. There are real luxury buildings out there that understand that customers should be happy, not just pay rent since they are legally obligated to.
