Brats! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   What a bunch of whiners! This is a new construction project, give it a little time. In the 4 months I've been here, there has been huge improvement. Most of the post-dorm residents have never lived in a real luxury building, therefore have nothing to compare it to. The builing has some of the best amenities in Manhattan. The staff is unmatched. They will go way beyond what is expected of any building staff to accomodate you.
