Beyond my Expectations. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   I was unsure about the building after reading negative reviews. I chose it anyway because of it's proximity to work, subways etc... I love the building, the staff and the location. I decided to save a few dollars and move myself. I didn't realize what I was getting into. One of the staff members helped me with 75% of my move during his lunch hour - and would not accept a tip. Everyone in the building is great, including my neighbors.
