Management is horrible. They take forever to get back to you and never seem to want to put anything in writing.

Maintenance is not the most competent. They installed a 6 foot long closet shelf and only 5 clips to the wall for support. After mine collapsed I had to go to Home Depot, and put one in myself. The paint job was bad, the hardword floor ends before the appliances, the heating unit does not work well...

I've had messes left after maintenance has come and now won't allow anyone in my apt. without making sure I'm there. Thus, I end up doing most repairs on my own.

Most annoying is the constant construction in the area and loud elevators that always seem to be malfunctioning.

I have lived in other luxury buildings and I would not recommend this one until they get their act together.
