Crest Apartments

please! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This is a large building and not all tenants will be happy 100% of the time. I recently moved from the upper east side and I very happy. Yes, the area is somewhat noisy, but still quieter than my "luxury" upper east side apt. I had trucks roaoring by all night long due to no commercial traffic on the FDR, drunk bar patrons pouring out of bars every night at 4AM. The "fitness center" consisted of an old treadmill, old exercise bike and an antique universal weight set. The amentities in this building give me the feeling that I am living in a new hotel. The positives definately outweigh the negatives.
