I recently moved in. It's a nice building, nice free amenities. The rest is the same as all other luxury buildings. Same services, similar marble finishes, etc.
Nothing great or nothing bad to say about it.
However, the transportation and sense of security in the downtown area IS great.
(Would I recommend' - Yes!)
