Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I moved out a few months ago and know many others who bolted as soon as their lease was up. If you like to hear your neighbors' conversations through the walls and vents and look at the creepiest wallpaper in history, this is the place for you. If you like being in a neighborhood where everything is shut down by 6:00 pm, do not delay. But I will say the people who work in the building are very nice. Doormen were good guys.
