I have nothing but a good experience thus far in dealing with management, the staff, etc. It's maintained very well, whatever minor maintenance I have needed was always addressed in a timely manner and the doormen have always been courteous.

The abundance of college students does throw me off, since I was worried this would turn into a glorified dorm. But I have not encountered any typical college student issues and you really only notice them when they're hanging in the building's lounge... quietly, I might add.

Beautiful design in the lobby and common areas.. way classier than some of the other rentals I checked out in the area.
