I used to live there with my 2 roomates. We had a 2 bedroom and we all hated it. We moved out when our lease was up.

There is garbage left in the hallway. Roaches and rats were found in our apartment from time to time. Management ignores our complaints. I had to roach bomb the place myself.

Our shower had no pressure and we told management. they finally fixed it 2 months later after we threatened to withold rent. (apparently, the showerhead was clogged)

The staff are intimidating and kept hitting on me and my roomates. I was fearful for my safety because managament would let handymen into our apartment without notifying us to do "service readings" on our heater.

I lived with 2 other girls and all 3 of us were worried about our safety cuz the doormen let everybody walk in.

We had missing packages and found mysterious charges on our credit cards.

There is incessant construction outside at all hours of the night.

The gym (10pm), roofdeck (sundown) and gameroom (11pm) close way too early.

The only good thing about the place is that it is next to all the major subways 2,3,4,5 and close to work (i work at deutsche bank across the street. However, the place was so bad i moved out up to the upper east side and commute 25 minutes to work now. And i prefer it that way
