Happy I moved in.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I wasn't sold on the downtown area.
However, walking to work is the greatest thing in the world. NO MORE SUBWAYS!!!!

My apartment is great, staff is very friendly, valet is terrific. I leased the apartment directly thru the management team and avoiding paying a broker (a savings of $4950!)

So far so good.
