I am looking at an apartment at 63 Wall Street. After reading these postings, I am uncertain of the situation. Have situations improved' It sounds like the staff is nice, but I assume that I shouldn't expect much from the management' Is it true that the electric bills are way too high'

Electric bills are WAY to high - thanks to the poor construction. Staff is ok. Management is beyond terrible. Neighborhood is improving - its great if you live downtown. Just be warned that its still like living in Dorm
