Think Again! Unimpressive Building, Unimpressive Apartments, Horrible Staff

It must be hit or miss with this place - guess we missed. If something breaks, don't expect maintenance to fix it! Expect to contact the head of Metro Loft Management. Don't expect a quiet peaceful apartment either! The walls are so thin that you can hear everyone around you. The building makes strange noises - perhaps only heard in certain apartments. The Bike room is tiny and hard to maneuver in.
The staff has faced a crazy amount of turnover. Not recently though - it's been steady. An elevator was broken for over a month, then broke again sporadically. The GYM SUCKS! It's always crowded, machines are broken.
COLLEGE DORM! That's right - don't expect peace. Expect a bunch of children running around an apartment paid by mommy and daddy. We were told the 'great' room could be rented out - this proved to be false.
The Valet is horrible. Ruined one of my rommates dresses, broke several buttons on my shirts and ruined two suit jackets. Everything was fixed reasonably, but still, it shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Expecting a delivery but work long hours' If it gets placed with the valet, good luck getting it! Make sure you get home from work before they close!
The laundry facility is ok, but with the number of college kids, guard your laundry. They steal bathroom rugs right out of the washing machine!
Rent increased 11%, better buildings at better prices in the area!
I didn't realize moth's were something to be placed on the buildings wallpaper - but sure enough, puke yellow walls display large moths - very artistic!
