I can say that the crest is by far the worst apt I've had in the city. First of all, the management does not care for any problems or complaints you have, which is important when the building is CHEAPLY built, I've complained about water pressure and heaters for months and only recently got it fixed. Showering sucked as there was hardly any water coming out. And the electric build is just a joke, very expensive. I've had rats and roaches on my floor...GROSS...and the college kids are insainly noisy, especially when the walls are paper thin and can hear everyone convo in the next room and even what their smoking...if your deciding on moving in...THINK AGAIN lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
