I moved into the Crest Lofts at 67 Wall St. The Crest at 63 Wall St is connected and run by the same company.
I toured both buildings and chose 67 because the apartment was never lived in and everything was brand new, a first for me in new york city.
So far so good, I love the apartment, the staff has been great, friendly doormen and dealing with the leasing department was a pleasure. I also didn't have to pay a brokers fee.
The apartment is very bright and quiet. My only complaint is that parking is the area is very expensive.

Oh look - another shill review by metroloft management. This time its not even for the correct building. If this isn't a shill review, congratulations, because you are apparently the only person that has had a good experience with management. Now please go post it in the proper forum.

I have only lived at 67 wall for a month and I can already list a number of things that make me HATE living here.
1) The leasing office is so rude and not helpfull. You have to enter the building on stinky, dirty Beaver street and NOT on Wall street.
2) The doormen are mean, lazy, and dont even do the most simple duties of their jobs.. Including opening the door for you.
3) when I moved in my fridge was a mess, apartment was filthy from the previous tenants abd most of all naintance for anything takes forever.
Everyone that works for this company acts like they are doing you a favor when you ask for anything.
DO NOT live here, you will hate it.

I have lived at 67 Wall Street for about a year, and it has been so trashy. The Doormen are rude, and are NEVER at the door? The Office staff is cocky and mean. The apartments are made from thin, crappy material and overall the vibe is NOT healthy. PASS on this if your smart.
