I learned about this site after signing my lease. I was really nervous and thought I made a huge mistake.
After spending a few months here, I realized that I was nervous for nothing. Everything has been great. I haven't had any issues or problems.
A co-worker showed me that site and questioned if he was reading about the same place. I guess different people have different experiences. We read about all the buildings downtown and the complaints are the same everywhere. Loud neighbors, lousy management, cheap construction, whatever!
I'm happy, comfortable and will buy something next year.
