I must admit that it has been noisey lately when I walk my dog. Luckily my flat is on a higher floor and is quiet upstairs. Other than noise, there haven't been any problems. I have been here for 8 months. The building has great space to relax in. I invite coworkers for card nights, the sundeck is lovely and theater is a treat on a rainy evening.
The doormen listen to my boring romance problems and always give great advice.
I think everyone has different experiences according to what I have read. Such is life.
