We moved into 63 in July and have been very happy with the building and the management. We're on a high floor, so street noise isn't an issue. the building is really well-maintained and the gym seems to be sorted out now. The great room is amazing. We don't seem to have young, smoking, college kids on our floor so don't have that problem either. I've seen other buildings in this area and this one is still the best.
