love this place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I picked this building because I liked the decor style.. all the other FiDi buildings had the same generic Ikea-esque style but 63 Wall just seemed classier. Been here for 2 years, have a fantastic unobstructed view facing west over the Cipriani building (avoid the canyon like feeling typical of downtown). The staff, including doormen and maintenance, are very friendly and respond quickly to any maintenance or other issues. The concierge staff are also very friendly and helpful. I'm debating whether to move, and if it had to happen it would be because I would get priced out of my budget after the rent increase. Overall very happy with my choice!
