i've searched almost every building in the financial district and must say that this was the best that i have found.
i avoided using a broker and dealt directly with agents that work for the building. they were a pleasure to deal with and i showed me exactly what i was looking for.
my apartment is great, i'm thrilled with the area and the fact that i can walk to work and get to any part of the city quickly.
the staff is very attentive and they provide every service that i need-housekeeping, dog walkers, etc...

Oh look. Either another shill review or someone that hasn't lived at that h*ll h*ole long enough to watch the doormen sleep in lawn chairs, to deal with the incompetent (and dishonest) maintenance staff, etc... Just wait until this winter when your "heater" is stuck on AC mode and you can't get anyone up to fix it. Or wait until you call the management office repeatedly and they never call you back. Yeah, its a great place.

The above response dated 5/28 to the post named "great place" could not be more accurate. Whoever wrote that obviously has just moved in and hasnt experienced the bull sh** that is metro loft management. They are liars and theifs.
