management is terrible (DO NOT LIVE HERE)

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
terrible place / 2 elevators serving the top 15 floors have been down for a month (we are all using 1 service elevator) / we did not have hot water for 2 weeks this winter and management will not return calls about the elevators
