You will regret living here. Firstly, the building management took illegal procedures and violated the terms of our tenenacy contract, and in doing so violated several clauses of New York State real estate law. Metro Loft Management tried to intimidate us, and tried several times to charge us with random fees.

Secondly, we have also had many erroneous charges added to our monthly bill. These charges are not itemized, and we have tried many times to contact management to resolve these charges - we have been unsucessful in even getting someone on the phone.

Thirdly, the elevators have been out of service for the last two months.

I would STRONGLY advise you not to consider this apartment building. We have felt intimidated, we have been stressed out, we have been charged with random fees and we have been taken advantage of.
