I would STRONGLY advise you to look elsewhere. 63 Wall Street is a VERY FARKING bad building to live in. If you are considering moving in, then I would make the following points to help with your decision: a) the building smells, b) the construction is terrible - half our kitchen has fallen apart, c) the management are slimeballs - one of the staff recently got fired because he got totally wasted and went to this girl's apartment (a girl who lives in the building) and harassed her (don't know exactly what happened, but it had to be pretty bad for the farking pisshead to get fired), d) there WILL be erroneous charges that appear on your monthly bill and anything that you do to fix it will be very deliberately ignored, and e) it is a farking terrible place to live. I hope I don't see your face around, because I know you will have been scammed.

I agree with this post half way. There are charges that do not make sense and their mgmt does ignore things and they do not ever pick up the phone and yes the District Attorney's office in Manhattan is taking complaints currently about these charges as they continue to do their fraud investigation and if you have been seeing charges on your bill that do not belong there then yes, you too should call the DA's office on Hogan Place. On the flipside the building does not stink at all and the guy that got fired from the building was not a mgmt person, he was some 2 bit doorman that had a cheap thrill relationship with some cheap thrill seeking- always stoned on pot - girl - whom was high on blow when she called doorman for booty and then she bugged out when he came by that night, coke makes you crazy people! So kid got the boot, she just kept getting high, and she still lives here? There is no parking and yes the there is too much construction going on in the building, otherwise it is an alright place
