Objective opinion, 67 wall street

I am trying to be objective here though I am not happy with the apartment or the management company... until today these are the bad things that I can tell you about the building:

The gym. As said before we share the gym with 63 wall street, the gym is really small (a lot of people here pay a gym because the one here is useless) and is really bad equipped i.e. of 6 elliptical only four actually work.
The roof deck. The roofdeck is ok but it has the same problem its for both buildings and the size is a joke no more than 800 sqft for two large buildings.
Remember every amenity listed on the web page is shared among the two buildings...
Maintenance. Its also truth that if something does not work they take ages to repair it and sometimes they just tell you we are going to do it but they never fix it like a friends ac it never worked... two different maintenance people come to his apartment and the only thing they told him its that the AC company had to fix that but that never happened.
Walls. The walls are paper thin, all day you are going to listen to your neighbors and doors slamming.
I have visited different apartments here and there are some that have really awkward distributions which results in really dark and warm living rooms.
A lot of students live at the crest that can be a good thing or a bad thing... it depends of your character.
Lobby. 63 is a little bit better than 67, minor examples 67 halls are even darker, and we do not have a lobby ours is "under construction" since the building started. I used quote marks because you only can appreciate that the lobby is closed but I have never seen someone actually doing something over there not even one contractor...
If you are a foreigner they would ask for at least three months of deposit even if you can prove that you have a good credit rating or money enough to pay the rent or that you have a salary that allows you to pay your rent more than 40 times... they do not care... so if you are a foreigner think it twice... I consider it a little bit racist but I let you to decide that.
Management. Management does not answer your request or questions. To be honest if you are living here you have to realize that the management only works for collecting rent and of course impose stupid fees for things like using service elevator without an appointment before.
Regarding electricity bills those can also be a little suspicious from time to time...
The heating is electric so its not included in your rent, even if that is against the law...
The valet services really suck I had to change my dry cleaning from the one that the building provided because they lost and destroy some of my dress shirts...
The building looks old everything looks like if it were one hundred years old, the halls the lounge the "lobby" of the 67.
Remember you share all the amenities all of them laundry room, lounge, cinema all of them.
I think most of the other appartments near here are better and the is alot of offer with nice deals like one or two months for free... So if you can avoid living here do it.
I also have heard that a lot of people had had problems with their deposits coming back... sometimes it takes almost three months for them to give you your money back

The doormans are indeed very nice.
