TERRIBLE MISMANAGEMENT

Utter mismanagement. This is what happened last week. Apartment in 20th floor had a pipe burst which at approx 2-3am on Friday. This lead to water damage over 20 apartments, all the way down to the 14th floor. - nobody woke the ... more
