We were excited to rent an apt in this building. After 1 1/2 weeks with all our paperwork including a guarantor, with everything in order, we were told the owner just decided he only wanted a guarantor that lived in NY. Oddly enough this was not a problem when we were applying. Clearly the owner has no regard for doing business in a reputable way. We would not recommend doing any business with this owner
