Lived here for a year... i loved the location - there are so many great shops and restaurants nearby! but the management doesn't take good care of the building - renovations were taking a long time and the workers left the hallways in a mess, with exposed pipes and dust and dirt. One of the elevators is almost always broken and there have been issues with the laundry room and with the gas.
