Great neighborhood....bad management...rening apts as hotel room

Most of the building is empty or a hotel room or businesses...management is renting out apts as hotel room which is against the law...tenants left because their rent was raised obscene amounts($500 was the highest I heard of)
Building has no intercom....many entrances with no security...hallways are a mess...constant fixing of water...tenants harased to move...
