I needed an apartment and this building was offered to me. I came here first to see for myself, then I read the reviews. WOW only 9% approved. Must be a slum...WRONG!!!
My apartment is nice and airy with high ceilings and a nice view over Broadway. The gym, housed in a vacant unit, has the most modern of LifeFitness machines. The doormen are the most courteous.
Yes, they are renovating the building (at least the halls) So what?!?!?! The long-term tenants should be appreciative.
I am Sooooooooooooo glad I didn't listen to the complainers and moved in here. Maybe you all have legitimate beefs. But I am grateful for the opportunity to be your neighbor just the same.
