In case anyone is wondering...the complex is still under construction!! The halls still have holes in the ceilings and floors; only one floor (12th floor) has been completed and is already in need of repair (they installed the carpet using 2x2 squares that are coming up). The elevators are still broken most of the time. Managements engineer approved the construction on the roof as safe, but the very next day parts collapsed onto Broadway and 70th Street. The Police, Fire department and the housing department found it unsafe. They are using a great engineer.......uh oh...Beware of managements lies!!! They removed the pool, sauna, lockerrooms and gym bathroom under the lie the Tenants Association voted for the removal. That is an outrageous lie. For the only two positive ratings on here (obviously written by mangement), which were written almost a year ago...wonder how their opinion is now since it has only gotten worse. it use to be a nice quiet building, but since it has been in construction since 2004...the banging will drive you nuts. Hopefully the jack hammering has finally stopped.

WARNING...be careful of the rats which have infested the basement, the restaurant in the lobby and the back alley!
