Believe the two ratings from 6/06 are written by the management. If not, wonder how they feel now that it is 8 months later and only one hallway is half done with the cheapest looking carpeting and mouldings still missing, etc. Otherwise hallways have stained carpeting, dirty windows, mouldings ripped up and unpainted walls. The hallways are freezing and the laundry room is dirty and disgusting. And "knewly" renovated' Hmm.
